While a small townhouse close to the beach, we managed to extend to the side by adding a new laundry and bathroom, which enabled walls to be removed and open up to a new kitchen / dining area. Externally we added a beautiful covered alfresco area and BBQ kitchen, which can host the best of garden parties!
